Our oysters get their own unique taste and texture from the location where they’re grown, how they’re grown, and other climatic factors that you find in Hossegor, Arcachon & Brittany along the Atlantic ocean.
We are able to offer
THE FINEST OYSTERS
with sizes from 4 to 0.
Each size is classified in two categories:
FINE : The oyster comes out as wild as its environment provides it. This oyster is the most consumed in France because its texture is as pronounced as the “Superior” with the taste of the wild sea.
SUPER SPECIAL : The oysters are selected and handpicked to be placed into a special environment for 6 extra months. Then the oyster comes out to its full potential, being fleshier with a sweet taste. At the end, their flesh rate is about 14% to 15%.

CRASSOSTREA GIGAS, CUPPED OYSTERS ORIGINALLY FROM THE PACIFIC OCEAN.
Our oyster farmer has been rewarded by the French Ministry of Agriculture for his know-how and high-quality product.
