Our Farms

At Oyster France we are confident that each time you savor our oysters, the taste experience will be like a personal journey along the French Atlantic coast of Brittany to the Basque Country where the oyster farms are located. Oyster France farmer Jérôme Labeguerie and his team passionately cultivate our oysters adhering to ancient « French » methods in combination with our unique sea water environments. Jérôme brings 25 years of farming experience and dedication to delivering to your plate and palate these oysters with exceptional taste and quality. 

HOSSEGOR FARM

Located in the South West of France, Hossegor has 1 park where our oysters grow through Bag Farming and we produce our own larvae to seeded shells. It is also the main distribution center where the oysters are being prepared and shipped out.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GG2L4QxJAjc

ETEL FARM (Brittany)

Etel is where the main processing facility is located and is capable of sorting up to 7 tons of oysters per day. This is where most of the ATLANTIC oysters are grown across 15 parks through 5 hectares. 

ARCACHON FARM

This is where we bring our oysters from Etel to rest 3 extra month (Seabed Farming) to grow into our famous BISCAY oyster. This process enriches the oysters with more flesh and a nutty flavor.
